Simple automation

If your typical usage pattern involves creating only one note per card, or if all your cards should contain a certain type of default note, you might find this feature particularly useful. It allows you to set up a simple automation that automatically generates your first note when you create and open a new card on your board. Also, you have the option to set it up to automatically open the single note of the card.

The automation settings are available in the Notes section of the Trello card details, under the Options menu. By opening this menu, you will find your personal preferences, including "Board Automation." Here, you can set up automatic creation of a new note and even enable automatic opening of your single note.
