Note visibility: Private vs. Public

Choosing between private and public notes allows for flexibility in how information is shared and accessed.

Private notes

With private notes, you can keep personal thoughts, sensitive data, or work-in-progress ideas secure and confidential.

Public notes

On the other hand, public (normal) notes enable collaboration, feedback, and sharing your content with all board members.

You can change the visibility of a note by clicking on the small lock icon 🔓 in the top toolbar.
